I finally got all the parts for the UBRS key from countless LBRS runs. On some runs not even a single key part dropped, on others even multiple. I thought it would be done with bringing back all the stuff to Vaelan, but then he asked me to bring down a dragon and forge the seal with a special dragon spell. Well, it was the lvl 61 elite dragon in dustwallow march. Thanks to all who helped me getting the quest done.
